Product Information and Availability

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. However:

  • Product availability may change without notice
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time
  • Prices may be updated without prior notice (orders already placed will honour the price shown at checkout)

All product listings are an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. A contract is only formed once we confirm and dispatch your order.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in British pounds (GBP).

All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store full card details.

Promotional codes may be applied at checkout if valid. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Payment Processing and Order Management

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or stock availability). If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, you will be refunded in full.

You may request order cancellation only before fulfilment or shipment. If your cancellation request is accepted, any amount charged will be refunded.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback, as most payment issues can be resolved quickly. If a chargeback is initiated, we may request supporting documentation (such as proof of delivery or tracking information) and may dispute unsubstantiated claims.

All refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy.

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items under these Terms.

  • You'll receive an automated email confirming we've received your order. This is not yet a binding contract - just confirmation of receipt
  • A binding contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons. If your order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a full refund.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

  • Orders placed before 11:00 GMT on working days are processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 11:00 GMT or during weekends/public holidays are processed the next working day
  • During peak periods, processing may take 1–2 working days
  • Standard delivery usually takes 6–8 working days once dispatched
  • Most orders arrive within 7–10 working days from purchase

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check your status on our tracking page.

Delivery is tracked and handled by one of our delivery partners, depending on service availability in your area.

Returns and Refunds

Under UK and EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. We extend this to 20 days as a courtesy.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories

To start a return, use our returns portal or contact us at support@grandlondon.uk.

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us for return instructions. After receiving and inspecting the item, we'll arrange a replacement at no cost or issue a refund.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Consumer Rights and Warranties

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK and EU consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
